The Challenge

The warehouse required highly reliable electrical and low-voltage systems to support sensitive pharmaceutical storage. The challenge was to produce fully coordinated electrical shop drawings that complied with safety regulations, integrated with architectural and structural elements, and accommodated specialized systems such as access control, CCTV, UPS-backed lighting, and hazardous-area fittings.

The Challenge
Our Approach

Our Approach

Our electrical BIM team developed detailed shop drawings directly from coordinated Revit models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Saudi standards. Each system — from access control to lighting — was modelled to the correct elevation and conduit routing, reducing on-site clashes. Special attention was given to critical systems such as emergency power distribution and hazardous-area lighting, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. By delivering a complete, coordinated package of shop drawings, we supported smooth installation, reduced rework, and enabled the client to meet strict timelines for commissioning.
